Updating Proposals

How do I update my proposal?

 

You will normally not update your submitted proposal unless it is returned to you for revisions.

If it is returned to you, you will see your proposal in both the Proposals and Assignments list with a status of Pending Clarifications/Revisions for ..... In that case you will have access to it. In the Actions or Task List dropdown click Edit Application, Edit & Submit Application, or Revise and Submit Application to open it in editing mode. When you finish, click the Save and Submit button on the application form to resubmit the application to the workflow.

If a submitted application is not returned to you, but you still wish to add something, ask the study coordinator to update your application as you wish.

In addition, you may update the list of authors whenever Update Author List is an available action (even after approval).
